Salto Perfetto Dance
This is the program that aims to build cardiovascular endurance through dance choreographies built on the rebound shoes. Dance motivates participants to work out and keep coming to classes, especially for people that like dancing and easily give it up when engaging in other sport activities. When teaching a choreography the instructor should be prepaid the methodology of teaching in order to be easy to follow for the participants, so the class is enjoyable and effective in exercises.
