Alicia

Alicia (Aliki Charalambidou) is an internationally recognised dance educator, choreographer, and performer whose career combines academic excellence with a lifelong dedication to movement.

She holds a BSc in Physical Education and a Master’s Degree in Modern Dance Techniques Studies that complement her early foundation as a gymnast representing Cyprus internationally from the age of four.

Alicia is an International Judge for the International Dance Organization (IDO), a Certified International Lifesaver and First Aid Instructor, a Dance Aerobic Instructor with IFFA International, a Les Mills Instructor for Body Jam and Sh’Bam, and a proud Zumba Zin member.

Her unique blend of acrobatics and dance expertise allows her to develop progressive, exclusive choreographies that stand out for their originality and athletic artistry. Among her achievements, she has won 1st Place at the Hungarian Sport Aerobic Cup as an athlete and earned 3rd Place as dancer and acrobat with the Black Team Hungary.

She has choreographed for prestigious projects including the City of Dreams – Cyprus opening for the Athletic Department, and Dansing & Dansing Juniors on Mega Channel, where her innovative fusions of dance and gymnastics won 2nd Place.

Beyond performance, she has collaborated with some of the most renowned advertising companies in Cyprus and has appeared as a presenter on television shows in both Greece and Cyprus.

Alicia has also served as President of the Cyprus Federation of Sport and Social Dance and as a Lecturer in colleges and high schools, specializing in fitness and nutrition.

As an entrepreneur, she is the founder of Diversity Wellness & Dance Studio, Body Make Over by Alicia, Upgrade Yourself by Alicia, Diversity Style Wear, and the podcast “Raising Warriors.”

She is also the co-founder of Renaissance Retreats and MA Educational Institute in Cyprus, projects that reflect her commitment to creativity, education, and holistic well-being. Through her wide-ranging experience and vision, Alicia continues to inspire dancers, students, and audiences worldwide.

Georgia Constandinou

Georgia Constandinou is a graduate of the university De Montfort of Leicester, BA(Hons)in Dance 2018.She is a holder of a certified degree of Progressive Ballet technique.

During her studies in the UK she delivered seminars to participants above 50 years old in cooperation with the Entwined Dance and the De Montfort university.The seminars were based in the Greek traditional dances in combination with the contemporary dancing. Immediately after her studies she started giving lessons to kids and adults mainly in the field of contemporary dancing.

Ifigeneia Christodoulou

Ifigeneia Christodoulou has been in the dance world from her early years. She started taking classes at the age of four mostlyin classical Ballet under Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) system education. In 2017 she travelled to United Kingdom in orderto participate in a summer school hosted by the Northern School of Contemporary Dance (NSCD). The next year, Ifigeneia moved in UK, at the age of seventeen and joined Leeds Beckett University (LBU) – School of Arts in September of 2018. After three years (2021), Ifigeneia graduated with a First Class Honours in BA (Hons) Contemporary Dance. At that time, she got accepted to further expand her knowledge and skills to one of the UK’s leading conservatories, at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in September of 2021. She studied the Masters of Art in Choreography program in London, where she received a Postgraduate – Leverhulme Award (Scholarship) and after a year she graduated with a Distinction. In 2023, she got accepted to Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company’s International Dance Journey Programand moved to Israel. She had the pleasure to train and work with multiple professionals and perform re-staged repertory excerpts from ‘A Good Citizen‘, ‘Asylum‘, ‘Lullaby for Bach‘ and ‘60 Hertz‘ by Artistic Director Rami Be’er in Zichri Theatre,Israel.

Ifigeneia’s extensive training has contributed to the development of a distinctive personal style and execution, which has shaped her work as a professional dancer and collaborated with various multidisciplinary artists. She has recently worked with Asomates Dynameis Dance Company, performed in BLISS (2025) and HOME (2024), and appeared in the music video for
Cyprus’ Eurovision 2025 entry.

Directly upon completing her studies, she began teaching both children and adults, with a primary focus on contemporary dance technique.

Nikolaos Roussos

Nikolaos Roussos is a diverse acrobat, he started as a break-dancer and was then recruited at 2009 as a floor and duet acrobat by Rhythm and Movement under the instructions of Anna Tsikrikonaki taking part in many Greek and European contests with the most important being Cosmogym contest 2012 (3rd place) and Cosmogym contest 2013 (1st place and team of the year).

In 2014 he started teaching kids and adults floor and duet acrobatics in various schools in Athens.

In 2015 received training on stilts becoming a licensed instructor as well as getting the first ever Greek diploma on kids entertainment by Bobos Academy receiving knowledge on children psychology among other important classes.

In 2015 he was given a scholarship to study ballet in the team yper-orion by Despina Giannatou and also started aerial acrobatics training (aerial sling) under Dimitra Atesi.

In 2016-2017 he takes part in many professional ballet and contemporary performances with the most important being “Fonisa by Papadiamantis” which performed over 50 times in Attica and Peloponnesus.

In 2018 receives 2nd place in the first ever Greek aerial acrobatics competition.

In 2018 he moves to Cyprus and continues growing and learning in collaboration with many dance schools and at last finding his new family in “Diversity”.

In 2024 takes part in aerial flips seminar organized by Dimitra Ates.

George Demopoulos

George Demopoulos is an artist who has built a career full of collaborations, performances, and artistic explorations. He has worked with established groups and choreographers such as Natasa Georgiou (2009), Filippa Stylianoude (2010), Carolina Constantinou (2012), the International Festival of Cyprus (2012), and more.

Since 2014, he has collaborated with theatre organizations and companies, creating choreography for numerous theatrical productions such as La Cage aux Folles, Dorian Gray, Piaf, Killer Joe, Ammochostos Vasilevousa, Un Drama nuevo, Don Zouan, The Tempest, Totenflob, Cabaret, Je suis malade and more. In 2018, he was responsible for movement direction and choreography for Euripides’ The Trojan Women, which was presented at the International Festival of Ancient Greek Drama.

Personal work:
Sωμά (2016) a play about sexuality in Cyprus, was presented under the auspices of the European Parliament in Strasbourg.

Where Is My Mom? (2017), based on real events, was dedicated to those fighting cancer and took place under the High Protection of the First Lady of the Republic of Cyprus, Andri Anastasiades.

20 plus ONE (2022) was dedicated to all women, based on true stories of domestic violence, featuring 21 women professionals and no professionals dancers aged 18 to 65. The production was held under the auspices of the European Commission in Cyprus, with the support of the Mediterranean Institute of Gender Studies.

Nikol Konstantinidou

Nikol Konstantinidou is an accomplished ballet teacher who has been dancing since the age of three. She holds a BA in Ballet Education from the Royal Academy of Dance (London), qualifying her as a certified RAD ballet teacher, as well as the prestigious Licentiate of the RAD (LRAD).

In addition to her classical training, Nikol holds a BA in Modern Theatre Dance from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD). She is also a certified Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) trainer, a qualified Zumba instructor, and renews her First Aid certification annually to ensure the safety and wellbeing of her students.

With over 7 years of teaching experience, Nikol has taught at the Royal Academy of Dance itself, worked with leading ballet schools in London, and continues to share her expertise across multiple dance schools in Cyprus.

Nikol’s teaching combines technical excellence with creativity, aiming not only to inspire a lifelong love of dance but also to help children grow both artistically and personally — building confidence, discipline, and joy in every step they take.

Melina Chasikou

Melina Chasikou discovered her passion for movement at an early age, winning her first dance prize at just five years old. Trained in ballet, contemporary, and hip-hop, she found her true calling in 2014 when she began exploring the aerial arts. Today, as the first Cypriot Hair Hanger, she brings strength, grace, and freedom to the skies.

Melina is trained in Aerial Silks, Aerial Lyra, Aerial Cube, and Aerial Moon, and continues to expand her artistry on new apparatuses. Dedicated to teaching, her students have earned top positions at international competitions in Greece and Cyprus (2023–2024), while she herself served as an Aerial Championship Judge in Greece (2024).

Her performances have illuminated stages and festivals across Cyprus, from theaters and cultural events to clubs and resorts, as well as international projects like the Erasmus+ “Biographies of Cypriot Women” (2025).

For Melina, aerial is more than performance—it is about giving students the tools to discover their own creativity and, as she says, “grow invisible wings.”
